2010 Match Season News
Commonwealth Arms continues it's commitment to competetive shooting at the Alleghany Gun Club during 2010. Although the 2009 shooting season was somewhat less than succesful we are hoping that match attendence rebounds in 2010. Here is what we have planned so far
REDNECK ROAD HUNT 2010 - At this point we are planning to hold four night shoots in 2010. Three of these will utilize the deer targets and the other will be a bowling pin shoot.
SCHEDULE
FRIDAY SEPT. 3 REDNECK ROAD HUNT III RIFLE/PISTOL 7:00 PM
2010 COMMONWEALTH ARMS RIMFIRE SPECTACULAR - Commonwealth Arms will hold it's largest rimfire shoot in over five years. Two big matches in one day. The action will start at 9:00 am with an "old school" .22 benchrest match. That is right folks were going to do it the way we did it back in the early 2000's, when it was all about having FUN. Three classes in all. Sporter, Unlimited, and Iron Sight. Nothing complicated. At 1:00 pm we will break for 90 minutes for a good ole fashoned cookout courtesy of Commonwealth Arms. At 2:30 the action resumes with an "old school" Sillhouette match. Again all about fun. Two classes will be held. Silhoutte rifle and Iron Sight rifle. Folks you don't want to miss this one. This one is going to be big.

COURSE OF FIRE - SILLHOUTTE MATCH - 40 Targets
ENTRY FEES: The entry fee for each class in the Benchrest, and Sillhouette match shall be $6.00
